Each statue is made by hand with attention to detail and durability.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location or carrier delays.
At this time, we ship within the USA only.

Shipping Cost

✅ Free Shipping on All Orders (USA Only)

There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
The price you see is the final price.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you don’t receive tracking within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Delivery Issues

While we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), we will gladly help if your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost in transit

  • Significantly delayed

Please contact us and we’ll assist in opening a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your statue arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging, including labels

Once received, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot be responsible for orders lost or delayed due to addressing errors.
