At Evergreen Home & Garden Decor, each piece is carefully handcrafted and made to order. If you need to request a return or refund, please review the policy below.


Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, return requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process after inspection


Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, do not initiate a return.

Instead, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge. No return is required.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
